I don’t have time to write out all the instructions before bed, but I want to get the ingredients listed before I forget:
Meyer Lemon olive oil
coconut oil
several leaves basil
2 handfuls cilantro
1 stalk rosemary
fresh grated nutmeg
Old Bay (not too much)
2 Carrots
6 stalks Celery
1 medium yellow onion
cayenne pepper
kosher salt
fresh ground black pepper
2 chicken breasts (I used 3, and it was too much)
3 boxes GF free range chicken broth
GF noodles (lasagna noodles broken up worked well)
Doggone. I forgot to put cloves in it.
This was perhaps the best chicken noodle soup I’ve ever had. I’ve had one chicken soup (no noodles) that was maybe better, at a hotel buffet in Tel Aviv, of all places.

Tried this recipie tonight. Had to guess at some of the amounts and added some garlic.
Good stuff! Not having any gluten problems, I was able to use regular noodles and used Cajun seasoning instead of Old Bay. Still wonderful!
Now, if my boyfriend would only east sushi…
:-)
Thanks for sharing!!!
Just a quick FYI, Sarah. Around the time Bane passed, I was furiously clicking links looking for information and, I guess, some kindrid spirits.
At any rate, when I read a bit more of their writings, I found a few folks who were discussing gluten/dairy intolerance issues.
I hope you don’t mind, but I posted comments directing them to your site. Basically, I said you had done some wonderful research into your own issues with those compounds and had some great recipes, tips, and coping mechanisms.
Keep smiling,
Annie
